The team is scaling to support a major transition to SAP HANA, with newly created roles forming a critical part of that journey. The Role This newly created BI Developer position will sit in the Data Architecture & Engineering team and play a hands-on role in designing, developing and maintaining robust backend BI solutions. You will be instrumental in building pipelines and modelling data to support performance insights and advanced analytics capabilities. This is a backend data role - no Power BI or reporting required - and is best suited to someone who thrives working on SQL-heavy, infrastructure-aligned projects. Responsibilities: Design and build complex SQL datasets to support data analytics and modelling Develop and maintain robust data pipelines in Fabric Support the SAP HANA migration through reconciliation, transformation and modelling of legacy data Collaborate closely with other technical specialists and BI stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions Troubleshoot, validate and cleanse large datasets from various sources Participate in Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement Requirements: 4 years' experience in BI development, data engineering or SQL-heavy backend roles Proven ability to build and troubleshoot data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Data Factory). Strong SQL development skills and experience in modelling and transforming data. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - collaborative and team-oriented. Understanding of SAP HANA or SAP Data Services (highly desirable) Self-motivated, flexible and able to manage priorities autonomously in a hybrid work environment.
